HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

3-8 days! We ship every Friday and Saturday, but if you need your item ASAP send us an email and we will see how we can accommodate you.

 

DO YOU HAVE GIFTING OPTIONS AND ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

For our candles, yes. Email us to inquire and we will see what we can do for you.

WHY ARE PRICES ON XOXO SAPPHIRE HIGHER THAN BUYING DIRECTLY FROM THE VENDOR?

We carefully select and showcase unique items from small brands you might not find elsewhere. Our prices include the vendor’s cost plus a small fee that covers our time, curation, and shipping — helping us support these amazing businesses and keep our site running.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Exchanges on clothing items only. Please read our RETURN POLICY. All candle sales are FINAL, but if your candles become damaged during shipment, there are steps you have to take in order to receive a replacement.

 

DO YOU RESTOCK ON “SOLD OUT” ITEMS?

No, we don’t. Our goal is to continue to add new styles and trends to our inventory. However, we can try our best to get the item for you through pre order, but special requests like this can take 1-2 months, so please keep this in mind before contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE about pre ordering an item that is sold out.
